A lot of people have asked where they can find the rocketship fabric that I used in
this quilt. Seems it's pretty hard to find. But I just came across a fat quarter bundle (very similar to the ones I used to make the quilt) for sale on
Spool's website.
Looks like a great store -- check it out!
Oh yay! I just bought some for Liam.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I had found a yard on ebay, but I needed more to go with it. Too cool. They need to give you a discount for the plug.
ReplyDeleteThose fabrics are great! I'll have to check it out.
ReplyDeleteGreat, thanks! I have been eyeing this fabric and it has been really hard to find.
ReplyDeleteOooh thanks for this, that fabric seriously rocks!
ReplyDeleteHave just come across your blog...and noticed this fabric...it is actually designed by a couple of very talented Aussie Gals....I recently bought some and made a bib for my nephew...if you google "Prints Charming", you will be able to find their website and blog....cheers, Lisa in Australia
ReplyDeleteAs Lisa says, this is prints charming fabric, and in the States it is distributed by Michael Miller. I love the rocketships - I haven't seen them before!

ReplyDeleteIf anyone's still looking for this, I just got an email from a clearance house and they have a few bolts of this... for LESS THAN $2/yard (you do have to order the whole bolt, but it makes for great cheap backings!)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, contact Sharon Thomas at Marshall Dry Goods Co., Inc. 888-744-8277.
:D
i want to see the finished charcoal/orange and blue quilt...is it hidden somewhere?
