I sewed up a bunch of these little birdies from my Amy Butler scraps to serve as table dressing for Mom's craft sale this coming weekend. I love making these guys -- super simple and the end result is pretty darn adorable. The pattern (here) is offered by Spool Sewing, one of my favorite new online sites and blogs. I wish this store was closer to me! The full bird mobile (check it out here) is on my to-do list ... I hope these little birds come home to roost after the sale is over!

  3. I am betting that Mom will sell these birdies. Cause someone is sure to ask the price on them. So you might as well tell her a price in advance!

  11. I just love your choice of fabrics John! Yep, you better price them because I have a sneaking suspicion they won't be making the return trip.
