The curse has been lifted!

I finally won a giveaway!! Check it out.

I am very excited to win these embroidered squares from Michelle ... and I already know what I am going to do with them! Like Amanda Jean, I have some charm packs of Holly Jolly and Merry & Bright, and I think these guys will mix in nicely.

Of course, with the way things are going around here, that might be a Christmas 2009 project ...

Thanks so much, Michelle!!

  16. I am new to blogging and I don't have my own blog yet, but OH, I was so glad to find a male quilter!!! I know there are many many men who quilt. We had a couple of guys in one of the classes I took, but yours is the first blog I've found. I'm trying to convince my retired husband to try it during the long Utah winters when he can't be outside, I have 3 machines. He flatly refuses, but fear not, I shant give up trying.
John, your Jelly bags are wonderful. Well, they all are, but I have some jelly rolls that just don't fit in my planned projects and I do believe these bags will be the answer. Thanks for sharing and congrats on your give away win.

  17. Hi John, I saw you from Raleigh on the Pink Chalk Studio blog and just had to say hi! I am a fellow quilter from Apex. Congratulations on the win! And now I have also ordered the jelly roll bag pattern. You know I would probably passed it over if I had only seen the pattern. Love your bags and the choice of fabrics!
