{choke} ... unreal sale!

Run, don't walk, over to Quilt Arts online. They are having a 50% off sale. Yes, that's right ... 50% off all fabric! And all the top designers -- Amy, Joel, Kaffe, Heather, Denyse, Tina, Sandy, and more. Kokka and Japanese fabrics, too. Fat quarters are only $1.25 ... WHAT??!!


And yes, they do have the coveted rocketship fabric that I've featured here on my blog a few times.

    Aaah John - just when I promised myself not to go on a fabric. Now I'm going to be tempted and preoccupied all day with thoughts of that cute polka dot Michael Miller fabric that I've been wanting - at 50% off. How to get my mind off of this ... I know - I'll go out and spend some time in the sunshine - oops can't do that - we haven't seen the sun in 5 days - have we - so I guess I'll have to place an order. I'll be stimulating the economy - right?

    I was tempted by the rocket fabric, but wasn't sure since I couldn't see a bigger swatch.

    I did get the Michael Miller dots that Lynn mentioned tho- well, one of the dots.

    i broke down too, and had to buy some!! :) i don't know if i really needed 26 fq's, and a few kona cotton solids, but hey, they will look great in my stash!! :)

    Awww man...I just bought a ton of fabric last night somewhere else. Of course that did not stop me from pickinng up a few things here. I got a few yards of things that NEVER go on sale. Thanks for the tip!

    I actually deleted the email from Quilt Arts in order to resist a sale. Then Jennie sent me an email about it and well, I caved. I got the rocket fabric too. Although, who knows if I will actually get it or not if everyone else ordered it as well! I hope you got your Joel Dewberry Aviary fabric!

    Thanks! I just ordered my Amy Butler 20-pack of Fat Quarters. Even with the cost of postage and package this is MUCH cheaper than the fabrics over here in the Netherlands. So thanks!

    I found Australian Aboriginal fabrics that I've admired and just couldn't buy -- till today. I have mass quantities headed my way. Appreciate the news about the sale. They should give you a commission! Love your work and enjoy your blog, Quilt Dad.

    They sent me an email about 5 days later that my order shipped, then it was sent Priority and I got it in a couple of days.

    Anonymous, no, I have not yet received my shipment, but I have been reading that other bloggers have been getting their shipments slowly but surely. I am not alarmed yet -- I am sure they were SLAMMED when word of that sale got out. Of course, I have no affiliation with them and I hope I won't regret giving them a plug on my blog! Def. keep me posted as you hear more ...

    I placed 2 orders - got a small portion of the first one so far. Many of my choices were marked 'sold out' on the form - one larger cut was sent in 2 pieces. Not sure I'll be using them again.
