MBS | iPad sleeve tutorial

iPad Sleeve

OK, I am back from quilt market and I have so, so much to share! The experience was phenomenal and my head is still spinning from everything I saw, everyone I met, and all of the exciting things that lie ahead.

Alas, the real world (aka my job) beckons and I am behind, behind, behind. No time to blog about market or share all of the great pictures I took yet, but in the meantime I have a new Moda Bake Shop tutorial to share.

While I was at market, my tute for three different iPad sleeves went live. If you have an iPad, or have a friend / spouse / significant other / family member / co-worker that does, I promise this is a FAST project that looks great when it's done.

Check it out and let me know what you think!

  1. I really like the sleeve pattern John. I may have to adapt it for an iPod. No iPad in my forseeable future. I always wait till after the first version is released with anything apple.

  2. The sleeve looks great! My husband got an Ipad so I guess I need to find him some "manly" fabrics to whip one up. Maybe lined with some soft fleece?
I'm getting really excited for the HR class coming up. I need to get out my sketch pad to play with some design ideas. Are you coming armed with some?

  3. Oh, I love that! Maybe if I make a sleeve I'll get an iPad -- kind of like 'if you build, it they will come' (lol).

It was so great meeting you at Market, can't wait to see what else you come up with.

  10. I love the pattern but for some reason the "printer friendly version" just gets stuck in my print que with a printer error so I am not able to print it out :(
