Labor Day weekend meant full speed ahead on making some more blocks for my Craftster group. Here are the 8 blocks I've made over the past few days. I think I'm down to the final few packs of fabric before I'm done with my blocks for this swap. It's been a ton of fun and I've met some great quilters, so I hope there's another round! There are really going to be some great quilts coming out of this swap -- I can't wait to see them.
fun blocks! I love all the colors :)
ReplyDeleteThose look great. The second row, on the left and center are probably my favorites. (at this moment)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing those with us.
These really did turn out great; you always do an awesome job.
ReplyDeleteJohn - those are great! I love the greens and the blues the best!!!
ReplyDeleteWow! Impressive! I love the apples!
ReplyDeletehi,
ReplyDeleteyou really have wonderfull hands.
Those are perfect.
I´m a beginner, hoping to do something like these some day.
Those are pretty blocks - love the horse one.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy your fabric/color placement on the one with the spools. On closer examination, I see it's just half-square triangles with flying geese units, but you did a TERRIFIC job with unique fabric placement. It looks far more complex than it is.
ReplyDeleteI also enjoy seeing the different fabric placements on the same block, like the horse and the Red White and Blue blocks.
Thanks for sharing. You are such and inspiration!
