I'm back!

Wow, has it really been so long since I last posted? It's crazy how time can get away from you. September's been a pretty crazy month around here -- besides the whole back-to-school thing, my wife started working again after 4 years as a stay-at-home mom. Needless to say, adjusting to the new schedule has not been easy. I also took a trip up to NYC to visit my mom this past weekend -- more on that trip in another post!

In the meantime, remember the sweet little heart quilt I received from Denise as part of the Flickr swap group called Swap Til You Drop? I am finally getting around to loading pictures of the quilt that I sent to her in return. She's already received it, so it's safe to post pictures.

Here's my interpretation of the hearts theme that we had to stick to:
