Craftster Swap | Come join us!

Quick post tonight:
We have 8 spots left in our Lap Quilt Swap over at Craftster. Please consider joining us ... it's a really fun swap! All of the rules and details can be found at the link, and I'd be happy to answer any questions that you might have. Signups end tomorrow, so don't sit on the fence! Hope to see you there.

I know this is my 100th post and it's kind of anticlimactic, but there is a giveaway in the works. I'm just not ready yet. Maybe a 105th post giveaway??

  2. I was pretty flabbergasted to find your site. My husband used to quilt with me early on in my hobby, but he drifted off after starting a ginormous denim quilt (which I finally finished to get out of the sewing room). He still keeps me company and helps me rip out seams and other little tasks. I loved reading about you tackling free-motion quilting, as I can totally relate. That's a skill I've been working on for the first time this year. Have to admit it's really weird to see a man talk about gorgeous/cute/beautiful fabrics and see the fabric piles but it was cool too :) Keep up the good work!

  3. happy 100 posts! I would join in the craftster swap if I weren't so darn busy right now. the 2 quilting bees that I am in now (plus life and blogging) are keeping me too busy.

  4. Congrats on your 100th post, John. If I wasn't so busy at the store, I would love to join the swap...my quilting hours are dwindling. Have fun with theh swap!
